This Inner West terrace build was as close to a new build as it gets. We demolished everything leaving only the two shared boundary walls and the front heritage facade. As an expert in working with small blocks, Local to Surry Hills, Brad Swartz Architects, designed a high-end, character filled amazing use of space working closely with the clients on every last detail. We reclaimed hardwood from the demolition of the existing terrace to be used in the large bi-fold external doors and rear facade external privacy screen. The internal ground floor is a concrete burnished finish filled with heating and slab insulation.
